Hunt Eastern Wild Turkey among the towering
southern woodlands on private land bordering the famed Salkehatchie River Swamp. Match
your skills with native birds that have marked thousands of Spring seasons with their
proud strut and defiant yelps and gobbles.
Broxton Bridge offers prime turkey habitat that has changed little since the time of
the native Americans. Unlike the early residents of the region, hunters return each
evening to fine accommodations in the historic Broxton Bridge Plantation Bed &
Breakfast, built in 1850. |
Two Hunt Packages Offered
The first hunt package is limited to 4 hunters at a time. It is comprised
of 2 1/2 days and 3 nights.Hunters will either arrive on Sunday afternoon and hunt on
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with departure scheduled following the Wednesday morning
hunt. This package is unguided hunting for parties of 4 hunters. Hunters must make up
their own groups.
The second package arrangement is for individual hunters. |

Both packages, either group or individual, includes lodging
in the historic Broxton Bridge Plantation Bed & Breakfast. Rooms include private
baths. Two meals ( breakfast & lunch) are provided with the package. The dinner meal
is the option of each hunter. Guides are available with prior notice.
